Outside Brisbane, I visited a park that featured Australia's unique animal life.  Look at these birds.  Are they wearing shoes?

This lizard is 30 cm long.

Feeding an emu.  Most of the animals in the park are quite tame, and like to be fed by the vistors.

Emus are very large birds.  They have wings, but they can't fly.  Here is a "bird's eye view" of an emu.

Koala bears are very shy.  They spend most of the day sleeping in trees.  Their favorite food is eucalyptus tree leaves.
